Staggered chamfered Alnico 2 magent rods

Chamfering the pole pieces focuses the magnetic field giving goods hights,
but still allowing some mids to come through to stop the pickup sounding thin.  

Middle pickup is reverse wound/reverse polarity. 
Bridge pickup is slightly over wound for better balance.
